The UWB drivers used to need it, I don't know how much David Vrabel
changed of it, but I think some of the pending stuff for Wireless USB
also had a need for it.
The UWB/WUSB drivers no longer need this. They use a UWB specific
method for handing off the reset to a different thread (because the PCI
drivers needed this also).
How about hwa-hc? I don't remember if you had delayed the merge of this until
there was the reset, but I remember something being spoken about it.
